Altrusa is an international non-profit organization making our local communities better through leadership, partnership, and service. Our club offers an opportunity to make a real difference in Chaves County. We undertake a variety of service, literacy, fundraising and international projects each year.
We are seeking new volunteers to join our organization and make a difference. Our members are from varying occupations and lifestyles, all sharing an interest in community service and enjoying the friendship, fun and satisfaction that comes from working together for the benefit of others.
From distributing books to community organizations and installation of Free Little Libraries around town to renovation of the backyard at the Roswell Homeless Coaltion’s Women’s Shelter, our club is always on the lookout for ways to make Roswell and Chaves County a better place to live for all of our citizens.
